C\u2019est devenu un rituel chez moi, je le pr\u00e9pare presque chaque soir et le matin, il me r\u00e9veille les papilles avant m\u00eame mon caf\u00e9 ! \u2600\ufe0f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les Ingr\u00e9dients (pour 1 personne)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>3 carr\u00e9s de chocolat (pour ma part, j\u2019adore le Lindt 78%)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>45 g de flocons d\u2019avoine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>120 g de Skyr (ou yaourt nature, selon vos go\u00fbts)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de graines de chia<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de sirop d\u2019agave<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>120 ml de lait (amande, vache, soja\u2026 selon vos pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dans un bol, m\u00e9langez les flocons d\u2019avoine, le Skyr, les graines de chia, le sirop d\u2019agave et le lait jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une pr\u00e9paration homog\u00e8ne.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Couvrez le bol et laissez reposer <strong>toute la nuit<\/strong> au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le matin, faites fondre les 3 carr\u00e9s de chocolat au micro-ondes ou au bain-marie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Versez le chocolat fondu sur votre overnight oat et d\u00e9gustez sans attendre. \ud83d\ude0b<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pourquoi j\u2019adore ce petit-d\u00e9jeuner<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Rapide \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer<\/strong> : 5 minutes le soir, et le matin, c\u2019est pr\u00eat \u00e0 d\u00e9guster.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00c9quilibr\u00e9 et rassasiant<\/strong> : flocons d\u2019avoine + prot\u00e9ines du Skyr + om\u00e9ga 3 des graines de chia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Une touche gourmande<\/strong> : le chocolat fondu transforme ce petit-d\u00e9jeuner sain en un vrai plaisir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Si tu n\u2019as jamais test\u00e9, je te conseille vivement de tenter l\u2019exp\u00e9rience.
